Grace Lutheran: Time, Talent, Treasure

School is back in session and Grace has had a busy summer. Many hands contribute time, talent and treasure to support others through Grace Lutheran.

Montrose Grace Place volunteers consistently make Thursday night a positive experience for many local area homeless youth.

Pride Parade participation and Open House for Pride Weekend.
Grace sponsored seven local children with basic school supplies and uniforms through CCSC's Back to School effort.

And the entertaining talents of many raised over $1,000.00 toward ELCA's Malaria campaign to raise $15 million by 2015 to end deaths from malaria in Africa on a Saturday night.

Others meet frequently to offer their talents in areas that keep Grace interesting and a great place to worship; Renewing Worship, Mutual Ministry, Music Minister Search, along with  the mundane daily details that keep Grace clean, cool in the summer heat, the grounds presentable, coffee and morning snacks ready Sunday and just generally keep the doors open.

All this effort makes Grace the place, and to all who make this possible,
Thank-you.
